I heard about the Paleo Diet from my Coach Tiffany. My Coach Tiffany and her husband Skip both coach me at my gym, Wildfire Crossfit. She taught a Fuel your Fire Nutrition seminar this week on the Paleo diet and I think I want to go this route. I have already eliminated sweets and fast food from my diet so why I can't I eliminate pasteurized dairy, grains/grain-like food, legumes, refined sweetners, etc.? Also, I will be working out Monday-Friday or Monday-Thursday and Saturday so I want to put good things into my body and eat clean/train mean. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions for me?
