I am 30, 165cm tall and weigh 154 pounds. Nearly all my life I have struggled with my weigh and past 10 years been a yoyo cycle. Always for weight loss I have been using low carb diets but gaining all weight back when was off the diet. Last year in September I did whole30(with low carbs 30g) and lost 14lbs (from 11st5 to 10st5). unfortunately I Have fallen off the wagon for couple off months. Since November I am doing crossfit 3-5 times a week. I have started another whole30 on 1st January (11st5), no cheats, eating 1600kcal a day, 20-30g carbs, 116g fat and 120g protein. I do crossfit 3-4 times a week. The weight loss has been very slow so far - lost 4lbs so far and there hasn't been much change in measurements.
Do you think I should change my macros and up my carbs? Do I need to add some cardio on rest days?
I exercise in the morning before work. My usually food for a day looks like that:
6am before workout bulletproof coffee
8am 2 eggs 2 rashers of bacon
2pm lunch salad with leftover meat from dinner
7pm dinner usually meat and grilled/roast vegetables
