Popping ears after doing CrossFit?

I have noticed since I started CrossFit (2 months ago) that after an intense workout, my ears pop, especially my right ear & they stay like that for a while - maybe an hour or so. Does anyone else experience anything like it? Is it something I should worry about?

I was a competitive swimmer for a long time as a kid/teenager, so my ears are very sensitive now as a result of several ear infections.

Someone told me today it could be blood pressure? I have never suffered from high BP, it has always been around 110-115/80. I have no symptoms of an elevated BP other than the popped ears after a workout - I am tired, but feel fine.

I was going to answer the same thing. Same same same. Not always but it isn't uncommon either.

My sinuses tend to act up after a very intense workout, and the discomfort lasts around an hour. I don't have any ear/nose/throat problems, and I don't have blood pressure problems.

My ears get clogged after GHD sit-ups. It's so annoying.
