I am almost a 34 y/o Male with a 86.47 pg/ml Testosterone and a 30.80 pg/ml Progesterone (15.32 Ratio of PG/E2). I don't know what to do. I am pretty active and just finished an olympic triathlon race and training program. I'm starting Crossfit next week and eat a non strict Paleo diet. It is hard for me to stay focused at work and I tend to loose workout motivation once a week. I don't want to do any cycle of supplements and would like to stay away from Progesterone or Testosterone cream because my wife is pregnant. I would like to stay with either natural supplements or foods.
