Ideal bodyfat percentage for active women?

I'm trying to dial in what the ideal weight and bodyfat for an active female is. Currently, I am appx. 120 pounds, 20% bodyfat, doing crossfit 4-ish times a week (have been for awhile now) and walking at least 30 minutes a day. Height is 5'3. Eating around 1800 calories, 50-75 g carbs day. 7+ hours of sleep/ night, no caffeine and almost no alcohol. Been eating paleo for about 1 year now. I see lots of women that weigh less and have lower bodyfat than I do but I just can't seem to drop below these figures! I feel good when I workout and am not experiencing much fatigue during the day but would like to look leaner. Am I stuck at this weight?

Top athletes 15 to 20% Fit women 21 to 24% Healthy/acceptable 25 to 32% Overweight 33% plus

Going below 15% is not only difficult to sustain, but can be bad for your health. Are you sure you are getting enough calories? You might not be, considering the activity you mention. Or just try switching up your workout routine. I'd try increasing your calories with lean proteins and veggies, and increase your workouts with some endurance training (running or swimming) and see if that changes your fat percentage. 20% may just be where your body wants to be - especially if you feel great (it's a very healthy, lean percent to be at - you should be proud of your fitness level!)

I am not by any means, there yet. but I just read an inspiring story on Nerd Fitness. her name is Staci (power lifting super hero). Read her story and see if it helps move you in the right direction as far as helpful tips to get there! they also have a really helpful community on their page.
