IMO, too much canned food. High sodium retains water. I agree also , you may be overtraining and not giving your body time to heal and it's considering itself injured and holding all calories.

I know when I switched to Paleo I felt hungry all the time too. Since fat has more than double the calorie density of protein or carbs you aren't filling your stomach with as much volume. For me it just took a while to adjust.

sounds like you are eating very few carbs. The "stubborn belly" could be from a ton of things -- one of which is too much cortisol build-up. You may want to consider implementing more rest days to help your body heal.
