Just curious if anyone knows why or how the folks at Cronometer arrive at their macronutrient ratio targets for paleo.
Cronometer-Paleo 15% protein 20% carbs and 65% fats
(i know you can customize your macros but i just found it odd that they go with those particular numbers considering there is no agreed upon macros for "paleo" per se)
