Autoimmune protocol for crohn's disease

Which foods seemed to bother you on the paleo diet that you eliminated which made your crohn's better? I am currently eliminating nuts and seeds, nightshades, potatoes to see how I feel. Eggs don't seem to bother me.

DEFINITELY nuts, seeds, and dried fruits. these have made my bloating go away completely.

i have uc and seem to get unexplained bloating after apples and onions...so look into FODMAPS and GAPS. I also never seemed to have any reactions to eggs or coffee - but did an igg test and those came back as huge sensitivities for me, which i would have never guessed, so something to keep in mind.
