Hi there, I just bought a Crockpot brand slow cooker and it came with a miniature crockpot called a Little Dipper which holds 1.5 cups. http://www.crock-pot.com/product.aspx?pid=357 Any ideas for what I could do with it? I eat low-FODMAP and no eggs. Thanks!

Good for melting chocolate and coconut oil.

I actually recently used it to make Ghee. But must be very careful--mine got really hot. And I did not feel comfortable leaving it unattended.

Maybe crack out the candy thermometer and see if it'll hold a steady enough temperature within a range useful for sous vide.
