If you thinking having a small amount of cream in your coffee is the same as having a cup of whipped cream -- I suggest you not drink coffee.

I ask for whippING cream for my coffee at Starbucks. They pour in the cream from a giant carton of heavy cream. It's not sweetened. It may be UHT, certainly not raw or from pastured cows, may have stabilizers (or not), but it's cream, not sugary whippED cream. They charge for it now.

This is a monthly (or less) treat, not a daily indulgence.

But I can assure you it contains a bunch of pretty nasty non-paleo ingredients.

Get good cream and whip it yourself. Easy as pie.

Then just keep track of the amount of fluid you used, and read what it says on the carton. If you are lucky and can get your cream from someone who is too small to have to put nutritional information on the carton then I'm sure generic will get you in the ballpark.

Google says:.

Okay, I'll be a bit more constructive than just giving a link. Googling "FOOD nutrition" or "FOOD nutritional facts" will very usually come up with at least several databases that will have the nutritional label you seek.
