Do you whip the heavy cream (or whipping cream in Canada) before you eat it?

Based on my research heavy cream has about 36-38% fat and whipping cream has about 30% fat.

When you eat it with fruit, do you just pour it over the fresh/frozen fruit? Do you whip/whisk it first and then eat it?

Has anyone ever tried blending heavy/whipping cream with frozen fruit?

Where I'm from whipping cream almost always has some sort of modification (UHT, carrageenan, even plant based !). Might want to check. Also there should be another version of cream than whipping cream. Maybe sweet cream ?

How about all of the above?

If I want something quick - pour it on

If I want something fancy, or my little chef is playing in the kitchen - whip it up

If I want ice cream - blend it together. :-)

I keep my ISO whipper full and use it more than liquid cream. The whipped cream added a big hit of pure decadence I don't seem to get from unwhipped and there is no work involved other than pushing a button.

American Heavy Whipping Cream has to have a minimum of 36 percent butterfat, though many on the market have 40 or 42 percent. I like cream with fruit both whipped and liquid depending on what kind of fruit I'm using. I prefer oranges and peaches with liquid, but berries with whipped. But if I'm too lazy o dirty a mixing bowl, pouring the cream over the berries is just as delicious.

I don't whip my heavy whipping cream before eating, I mostly use it in coffee or if I'm having it with berries I just pour it over them and eat from a bowl. I suppose you could try blending cream and frozen berries I think it would come out like a smoothie.
