There are no Paleo police so you can do whatever you want. The question is, should you?
Some people do fine with dairy, many do not. The only way to know is to COMPLETELY eliminate it from your diet. Then add it back in after a month or so to see what effect it has on YOU (not other commenters here who will tell you that they do or do not tolerate dairy).
If you're worried about what to put in your coffee, try coconut milk or coconut milk plus coconut oil.
When you return to dairy in your coffee, look for the best source possible. At least organic and not UHP.
