I've been on paleo for about three weeks now. For the last one week I've been experiencing some intense cravings, but I can't tell what it is I'm craving.
After a pretty fatty dinner tonight, with bacon, chicken and salad with avocado oil - my craving finally went away and I felt better than ever.
I'm wondering if my craving is actually for "fats" or "oils" or something, and I'm wondering how common this sensation actually is - feeling totally dissatisfied with your food and not knowing why.
