I have been strict Paleo for about 5 months. I have Psoriasis as well as fructose malabsorption and SIBO. Recently, I began to follow the elimination diet for FM and killing off SIBO. I have gone from having no food craving to having out of control issues with food. I want sugar, in any form, badly. I want all the high carb veggies allowed by my diet as I can stuff down. My body says I'm full, but my brain is screaming at me to EAT!! I don't understand this. I crave eating all day long, and its so intense that I will do almost anything to get another hit! They may only be carrots, but I cant tell myself no. Going 4-5 hours between meals seems impossible. If i do wait it out, I get nauseous, irritable, lethargic and a headache. Is this the bad bacteria hijacking my brain? What can I do to stop?
