hi everyone! i have a constant, nagging craving for orange foods. . . particularly, carrots, pumpkin, and butternut squash mostly, but i can never seem to get enough. i thought i might be lacking vitamin and that is causing the craving ....but i eat so much my hands and feet even have a slight orange tint to them. is it possible im having issues with converting the vitamin A into a useable form?? if so, what could i do about this? or any other ideas why i am craving orange so much? thanks!
