Cravings really don't mean anything. There's a whole bunch of pseudo-scientific ideas around the ideas that cravings indicate nutritional deficiencies, not supported by real science though.

Tabata - google it, briefly shown that short duration high intensity exercise is way more efficient. combine that with some intermittent fasting like 16/8 and a Paleo diet. Works for me.
