Hi all. I notice many people are asking about how much food they should be eating. I thought being Paleo was you did not need to worry about counting calories and portions. ( within reason) I east as many fruits and veggies as I want daily. I stay within a 2 pound range as long as I am not eating dinner late. Do any of you not count calories or portions?

WRT your comment. Some people can control their intake without counting calories due to the high satiety of paleo foods. However, portion control or calorie counting remains a good tool for people who are not getting the results they are looking for. You even say "within reason" -- so you seem to have a pretty good mechism for calorie control.

I don't count calories or worry about portion control...I focus more on 'what. than 'how much'
But I would warn about "I eat as many fruits and veggies as I want daily."
warn aWhen people talk about eating 'frutis & veggies' often that migrates towards...lots of fruit and not a lot of veggies.
I'm also an older no very active male (except for 7 Minute Workout 3x per week). I eat almost no fruit. Nuts only sparingly....otherwise I start to get fat.
