Hi, I recently had a 24 hour cortisol saliva test carried out and was wondering if someone could help me interpret the results.

Post Awakening: 22.8 nmol/L

+4-5 hours: 4.9 nmol/L

+4-5 hours: 5.1 nmol/L

Prior to sleep: 1.8 nmol/L

I really appriciate any replies, thanks in advance.

I don't know what levels they should be, but the pattern you're seeing is good. High in the morning, gradually lower throughout the day and lowest prior to sleep.
