Which cooking method generates the least AGEs?

Does anyone know which cooking method for meats/fish generates the least amount of AGEs?

RAW!

If you're not that brave, then steam, boil, or SLOW COOK. (My vote is the slow cooker.)

Steam or boil. Don't overcook. Charring is bad. More burnination = more AGEs.
