3-5 days if I put the cooked veggies in a container right away? I like planning ahead for the week :)

No worries about cooking for the week. They'll be safe to eat, but in our house they'd never last that long. I'd probably nibble away at them.

Depends on the vegetable and how it was cooked. Safety-wise, 3-5 days should be fine for pretty much all of it, but optimum nutrition, taste, and texture are going to vary.

I've eaten leftovers up to a week old, but I'm sure to heat it throughly first. The majority of the time, we eat everything within a couple days anyway! If it's too much food to finish within a time period you're comfortable with, you could always freeze some.

I'd rather cook every other day or so, at most 3rd day. Freshly cooked Veggies are too yummy to sacrifice!!
