Can you Recommend a Good Paleo Cookbook for a British Audience?

Hello. I'm looking at potentially buying a paleo cookbook as a gift to introduce someone to the diet who has given some interest before. I'm in the UK, so are there any good cookbooks suitable for a UK audience? Also I'm OK with dairy, though I know most paleo cookbooks will suggest removing dairy. Thanks.

Having been to the UK a number of times... perhaps the OP is wanting a cookbook that specializes in overcooked & bland recipes? j/k :)

I'm not quite sure what you mean by 'suitable for a UK audience', but I love these cook books:

Practical Paleo (Also has awesome meal plans and information...great for someone being introduced to paleo)

It Starts with Food

Well Fed

Paleo Comfort Foods

I think the Primal Blueprint Cookbook is a great entry-level primer to paleo/primal WOE. It contains roasts and slowcooked type stuff that I think would appeal to a British audience.
