I am just looking for some advice on how to gain more control over my ways of eating. I have been eating paleo for a few months now but with the move to college and living on campus have found it hard to sometimes stay on track. I pre-cook some meals every week at home and take them back with me to college, but we don't have enough money to be able to cook me every meal of the day, so i have to still eat at the cafeteria 3 times a day (I eat multiple small meals throughout the day) this keeps me constantly full and helps prevent unexpected cheats although i sometimes am hungry and have no choice but to cheat like 3-5 times a week (not huge cheats though just little things here and there) but am still eating above 80% paleo. The problem with this is that as we all know, cafeteria food for the most part is not paleo friendly at all besides the salad bar (which is horrible here, just fyi). Vegetables also seem to be very hard to get in for some reason while in college. Also when i go home on the weekends there's not always paleo meals available since I'm the only one in my family who eats this way. To add one more aspect is Sunday has become a day that we always eat lunch at my girlfriends house (who eats far from a paleo lifestyle). I am just looking for advice from all aspects of how to maybe be able to control and work around all these situations. Also for a little more information i do crossfit on the weekdays monday and wednesday being two a days for crossfit. I know i eat far from the perfect paleo lifestyle, but am really trying to make progress, it may be slow and not overnight but i am making the effort. Thanks for any help given!
