Paleo 60 days... Doing great. Still working on some digestive issues (lifetime issues with gas, bloating and constipation)so digging for more info. Uncover the discussions on fodmaps (what, no avocado??) and night shades (what, no tomatoes?)... And paranoia is taking over. Is it just me, or has anyone else gotten a bit paranoid in the effort to determine what works for them?

there are so many different diet or meal plans that if you tried to restrict everything, you'd be left with nothing. I think you should go by what you feel and your symptoms. maybe try no fodmaps for a few weeks and if you don't notice a difference, move on to no nightshades but add back the fodmaps.
