constipation, seeing stars/lightheadedness, cold feet

can anyone tell me what is going on? i am a bit nervous because i have been feeling these symptoms for the past week...i try and have a good balance of fat, carbs, and protein at every meal and i aim for atleast 2500 calories a day (i'm 6 ft tall).....im not sure what is going on..

i also took a round of antibiotics almost a month ago.....i'm doing my best to include plenty of goat's milk yogurt to help rebuild gut flora but i dont' know if it's related to these symptoms

SEE A DOCTOR. It sounds like it _could_ be something wack. Write down all your symptoms, and take it to a doctor. I would not emphasize your diet, because doctors aren't nutritionists.

Could be dehydration as well. Should you see a doctor maybe? Just don't take any prescription medication.

After antibiotics try to have a good live probiotic from a refrigerated section. I agree with Primal grok - yogurt won't do it.

Cold feet maybe fluke but the rest maybe due to dehydration and imbalance in gut flora due to antibiotics. I'd recommend taking probiotics. I heard yogurt maynot have plenty of it or u probably will have to eat a very large amount to get adequate amount. But anything on the go, probiotics is a go.

And also the light headed was maybe due to less sugar intake. I'm not sure what your daily food intake is like. It's just a shot in the dark.
