Any bones to AVOID when making broth to heal my gut?

Hi all,

I'm blessed with good health with the exception of constipation. I'm trying to follow the Cure Your Constipation protocol and go with bone broth only for a week to heal my gut.

I'm new at this so your suggestions are solicted!

I found a butcher who has bones from grass fed beef available for purchase. They are primarily neck bones. He has other bones which are supposed to be for dogs.

DUMB QUESTION. Are there ANY bones I should avoid purchasing? Can I assume the bones for dogs aren't good for people???

Thanks in advance!!!

I like to use bones from grass fed cows that have some meat on them. Ask him about the source of the dog bones, if they are from grass fed I don't see a problem. Woof.
