Hey guys!!! I would like you all to share various sauces and condiments you use daily. I'm particularly interested in ketchup, BBQ sauce and garlic sauce.

I use the simple ketchup recipe from this link: http://paleodietlifestyle.com/homemade-paleo-condiments/

It's very simple and tastes really good! Even my kids will eat it! Not very fond of the BBQ sauce, but I've never found any other Paleo BBQ that was any better.

I am a super nerd when it comes to chili or spicy sauces. I love spicy!

You can make this without sugar as well and it is good.

I make garlic confit and mushroom ketchup occasionally. Garlic confit is very good for flavoring all kinds of things, like spinach.

Blumenthals mushroom ketchup: http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/life_and_style/food_and_drink/heston_blumenthal/article624364.ece

If you scroll down theres receipt for very good tomato ketchup.

If you're willing to risk store-bought sauce, I recommend Rao's Homemade pasta sauces. The Tomato Basil variety has the following ingredients:

Tomatoes, olive oil, onions, basil, salt, garlic, black pepper, oregano

Yeah, you could make that yourself, but it's a good fall-back if you need something in a hurry.
