Do you like spicy foods? I really like using harissa. Someone already mentioned tzatziki... That's my favorite. You could also do some kind of raw mango salsa/chutney thing with Indian flavors. Maybe a parsley/mint pesto?

Saw this on Extra Virgin cooking show and can't wait to try it myself. I think it will be awesome on lamb!

Salsa verde: 1 cup olive oil 2/3 cup roughly chopped flat leaf italian parsley 2 Tbsp capers, drained 2 peeled garlic cloves 1/2 lemon juiced salt and pepper to taste

Whir it up in a food processor. Eat it up, YUM!

Mix garam masala into the meat. My niece really likes to eat this with a salsa (I don't remember what brand, but it's Paleo). I think it's pretty good, but I like it plain.

I ended up making a mayo mixed with cumin, corriander, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, and kalamata olives. It was flippin' delish! I cant wait to try all of your ideas soon!
