pls recommend Paleo post colonoscopy foods, meals or even things to avoid

Roth, the colonoscopy process includes pretty significant laxatives (Which I would call a chemical influence) that can be pretty damaging to your whole system. It's best to come back slowly.

Eat whatever you would normally eat. Honestly the intestines are probably more sensitive to chemical influences (gluten, lectins, byproducts of bacterial/fungal metabolism, etc.) rather than physical influences (such as a penis or sex toy or tube camera.)

Bone broth as soon as you are hungry. After that you should be good. You may want to do a round of probiotics to repair the gut.
