Hi People! I've been eating pretty healthy for a while, but recently made the switch to a Primal/Paleo type meal plan on campus with only a mini fridge (complete with a tiny freezer), a microwave, a Magic bullet, and a small crockpot. I've found success with steaming veggies and potatoes and cooking meat in the crockpot, as it fits with my busy schedule, but I'm struggling with seasonings. Are there any good sauces/spice combinations/flavorings I can add to basic meats like chicken, steak, and salmon? (I'll try others too, those are just my favorites). Please help me make my meals have more flavor and variety to add to my meats especially. Also any tips and tricks for mastering college meals or snacks please post that too :D
