i'm prone to these and head aches. i get them far too often. does this mean i have a crappy immune system and is there anything i can do to ward them off or speed them up? i eat pretty healthy and take a multi minteral, vit d, b, c, etc

I get seasonal headaches just like people get seasonal colds/allergies - a lot of times it can be due to pressure changes. If you're prone to migraines, just about anything can be a trigger, but it's always hard to figure out :(

  • See your doctor. Hopefully they will test for allergic reactions (esp environmental), as well as bacterial infections.

  • Keep eating healthy. Drink more than plenty of water.

My bet is on environmental allergens. What region of the world do you live in? Do you have pets?
