Why do we get colds so easily after sports?

Why do we get colds after doing sports and when we are sweaty and go out then, and its cold and windy (or same when we did sports outside and then stay there) when its actually the most natural thing?

I mean to Grok (or any other caveman too ;) ) this must have happened after each hunting trip in winter and getting cold after each would be pretty uneconomical...

Natural may be playing a slow game of tag, and unnatural may be 4 sets of tennis in 90F hot sun followed by 50 laps in the pool and a bottle or two of gatorade.

your immune system is either too weak or you may also be over exercising but i'm guessing it's the former, prepare yourself kefir and take it every day starting with a quarter cup and up it gradually to a cup a day in total 1/2 before breaky, 1/2 before din din and you shouldn't have this problem.

Stressing your body lowers your immune response.
