Okay so I red about the 30-day-cold-shower-challenge and I'm one of the persons who jsut can't pass reading things like these without feeling challenged, so this morning I went under a 100%-cold-water-shower. I was in like, 5 seconds, out, felt awake, great. But are there any actual benefits? I have very very sensible skin, so I usually shower every 3 days or so and still, my skin is super red, so this might help since the cold water rather calms my skin. I put on a rosemaray-citrus-oil afterwards, so in a month I hope to have better skin (while doing hiit and losing weight). what do you think?

A shower every 3 days? Paleocore. Here's a good interview with Kruse that highlights the epigenetic benefits with cold thermogenesis:

Very very sensitive skin that turns super red after a shower is not normal. Have you been seen by a dermatologist?

I did a no soap / poo challenge for a while. Lately, I'm a fan of glycerin soaps.
