Anyone following the bullet proof diet here? What do you think about it? Is bullet proof coffee really all its worked up to be, or is it actually an addictive an unhealthful practice?

Is it a good idea to drink a BPC in the morning, and limit myself to a single meal in the evening when a have more free time? What do you think is the optimal meal frequency and timing?

It's surprising how many people on this site are fad-dieters, jumping from one diet to the next. Paleo is the one and only "diet" I have been on and will be on for the rest of my life.

I've been bulletproof for the better part of two weeks now. I feel amazing and I'm cutting fat.

As part of adjusting I've suffered a relapse here & there, only to be reinforced by feeling bloated and lethargic. Part of the deal I've made with myself is to go out every Monday for drinks & eats... no boundaries.

I'm working on finding an affordable nutritionist that will help me collect and decipher personal data, so I can't comment specifically on whether or not I'm simply killing myself.

However, there is plenty of data available that supports the diet's claims.

I love it and am in no hurry to hang it up.
