I drink massive amounts of coffee. If its really that bad then I'm screwed... I do notice that I'll sometimes get a mild headache if I drink more than 2-3 cups in the morning. I think it's just a dehydration headache because a few glasses of water brings everything back to normal.

I'll take a pickline right to the juggular please. I'm pretty confident I could kick my oxygen habit before coffee.

Honestly, I can't see it being awesome for you, especially in the levels I consume it. But you have to ask yourself, is life worth living without it. It's not for me. Therefore whatever negative effects it has on my body, I'm willing to deal with.

Now, for you, I don't know. How much to you want/need/enjoy it? Stop for a while and see if it's worth it. Maybe you decide you feel better, or you see things improve that you wanted to see. Maybe you won't. It's worth a shot if you're asking this question. Kick the habit for a few weeks or a month, and good luck!

I'm absolutely sure that you have to reduce consumption of coffee to 2-3 cups a day

Coffee is not bad... Assuming it's not crappy coffee. Drinking it at night is probably bad because the caffeine would keep you up.

I drink coffee morning and evening typically, can't say I have any problems associated with it as far as I can tell.
