Coffee/Caffeine causing chest tightness?

I have been a coffee drinker since 21, Im 28 now. All I drink is one cup in the morning, thats it. The past 6 months ive been getting this intense pressure/tightness in my chest about an hour after drinking it, almost feel like a damn heart attack. I start to get anxiety thinking theres something wrong. Did some research about caffeine and the flight or fight response it sends to the body. Has anyone experienced this?

Ya im going to stop drinking it for 30 days and see what happens. Did a ton of research the past few days and it turns out our bodies really dont like caffeine

Been drinking coffee lately just on a whim and same thing happened to me lol. It's winter where I live now and I don't remember reacting like this in the summer.

Yes that may be consistent with the general consensus involving stress and caffeinated drinks... :)

If I have caffeine on a stressful day my chest clenches and the feelings of anxiety amplify. I've gone off of caffeine (2 months) and don't feel the extreme anxiety I did in my chest on stressful days.
