Hi i have bought some very expensive Triglyceride Citrus fish oil 6 months ago, but only used it a little for 1,5 months. It says on the bottle that after opening it should be kept i the fridge maximum 3 months before being thrown out.
I know that many foods have very short expiration dates to avoid statistical anomalies, getting sued, and as a service to sensitive consumers.
So it's 3 months over due, but it's so god damn expensive, and it has just been standing in my 3C fridge cooling.. Is it rancid oxidized poison now, or can i still eat it?
Thanks in advance!
