Sick but no symptoms--is it the coconut?

So recently, I've had a fever. However, I've had absolutely no symptoms (e.g.: coughing, sneezing, sore throat, drippy nose, etc.) except a warm head that slightly pounds if I overexert physically. I've been eating a lot of coconut recently: I'm wondering if all those symptoms I listed are actually manifestations of viruses waiting for the immune system to weaken, and the coconut is helping me combat that. Thoughts?

I had the pounding head symptoms when I had electrolyte imbalances. Make sure you are getting enough calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium.
