Hi I have been increasing single ingredient foods and decreasing processed foods for the last 5 months and lost 40lbs. Having stalled, and wanting to fo some time I started paleo eating, cutting out my last grains and sugar( rice, rice cakes, pepsi max and occasional homemade goody) 2 weeks ago. I am feeling better and had lost a further 3lbs. After a week I started to get hungrier and hungried, not restricting my intake on friday I ate tons of meat, veg and nuts bur just couldn't stop feeling hungry. I enjoy baking with my children and though determined to not eat any we made cupcakes. Of course I couldn't resist eating one, but I was suddenly super stodged, like I suddenly felt all the food I had stuffed myself with all day. What can I eat to prevent the feeling of hunger no matter how much I eat of paleo food? I also found that coconut milk makes my throat swell up and feels really scratched, what alternatives are there for coffee? Thanks
