Here is the Link- http://www.turtlemountain.com/products/product.php?p=so_delicious_nsa_vanilla_bean
The ingredients are in the menu on the right hand side.
This isn't spam its just a link to the product I have a severe crush on as a substitute for ice cream and I want to know if I am totally kidding myself by eating this and thinking I'm still Paleo.

The gums- guar, locust bean, etc... aren't paleo and may cause gas.
There is another brand called Coconut Bliss- they use a minimal amount of guar gum and it is less disruptive.
Still, even So Delicious is great to have- it is certainly a better option than most.
You do need to read the label of every flavor, though. In some flavors wheat and/or soy show up.
Have you tried making frozen banana? Mash a banana up and leave it in your freezer for about 45 minutes. It has a lot of the same "feel" as ice cream to me, and it usually satisfies that craving. If I need something extra sweet, I'll even drizzle a bit of honey over the top.
I know Sarah Fragoso of Everyday Paleo gives it to her kids and generally OKs its use.
Actually, So Delicious' coconut milk ice cream has way less sugar than most dairy ice cream. That's why I allow myself this one sweet indulgence.
Looks good as far as I can tell. Nothing in the short list of ingredients that strikes me as non-paleo. Maybe I am biased because I eat it occasionally, and want it to be paleo
Yes, it's probably going to have less of a negative effect on you if it's substituting for dairy based ice cream, but some people have sensitivities to the additives that So Delicious uses, such as carrageenan. It also has tons of sugar, more than some normal dairy brands. It's probably OK once in awhile, but it's just not very good for you. If you want some healthier treats, fruit salad or the ice cream from the Ice Dream cookbook is better (made with stevia and honey).
Edit: Ah, it's the new sugar-free version. We have discussed sugar alcohols here. Some people are sensitive, so it's wise to use with care.
Looks like a yummy occasional treat, not an everyday one.
ah, it has erythritol. Some people are find with it, other people have digestive complaints from it.
It has 1gram of sugar and no carrageenan from what I see?
