Does anyone know where to get powdered Coconut milk in Australia?

Hiya everyone, I had a customer the other day (I work in a natural remedy shop) ask if I could source powdered coconut milk. He wants to avoid tinned products (avoiding BPA etc) and when he was in the Cook Islands the other day he found one by Maggi, but obviously the ingredients were not great. Other brands I've seen are not pure coconut (blended with cow milk powder which sort of defeats the purpose of giving up cow's milk).

So, yeah, has anyone found a Plain, no other rubbish added coconut milk powder in Australia? Thanks in advance :)

don't know about the powdered coconut milk, but on the BPA front;
i emailed Spiral Foods about BPA in their cans & they told me;
"All spiral cans are BPA free. This includes the coconut cream, milk, tomatoes and Eden foods beans"

Ayam makes a powdered coconut milk - I just get it from Woolies up in Leura.

I'm not in Australia so I don't know how much help this will be, but in the UK I buy it from the Chinese supermarket (It's also the only place I've seen in the UK that I can get litre cartons of coconut milk, rather than tins).

I have seen powdered coconut in Coles. It lists 'milk protein' and 'maltodextrin' but would be less than 6% of the total.

I don't know how they'd make powdered coconut milk without something else to be honest, otherwise you may as well buy shredded coconut and put it in your home food processor, but that just makes a kind of butter I think.

You may find other people who can help with home-made coconut milk recipes.

I'm almost certain I've seen it in the 'International Foods' aisle at Woolworths/Coles, cos I always buy cans of coconut milk from there. If not, a lot of health food shops have loads of coconut stuff.
