I am new to paleo, and am quite confused about wether to use the whole tin of cream or milk, or just the solid part and not the liquid. I made soup, and when I bended it the cream separated, but when I reheated in pot on stove it was fine. But when I made icecream found it very runny and only froze after several hours and was very icy, I would like to know if I only use the thick part of the cream in the ice cream will it thicken more? Also when doing a curry, I read to use the oil in tin to cook in, and at the end put in cream, is this correct? Hope youcanhelp, trish
