I bought a coconut, very nice coconut, the only botanical I've had in about a month, other than coconut cooking oil. So I'm looking at all the delicious white meat, getting ideas to make coconut tater chips or French fries or something crunchy like that. But when I google around for recipes, all the coconut is either shredded or flaked or pulverized in one way or another before it goes into the cooking.
Is it hopeless to do what I want?
