is this the product, http://www.iherb.com/Carlson-Labs-Chelated-Chromium-200-mcg-300-Tablets/13955 If so, Carlson's have already done the maths for you, each tablet contains 200 mcg elemental chromium. They do not say how much chromium glycinate chelate that is, you could always contact them directly if interested.

So 1000mcg of Carlson/Albion chromium glycinate is 190mcg of chromium? So, in that paper, 600mcg of chromium is 3157mcg of the glycinate?

Trying for cravings. Is working phenomenally. Then I noticed my constant need to fill a hole inside, stimulation, gratification, distraction, is gone. Depression gone, mood swings gone. Then I read this
Been taking 1000mcg chromium glycinate. Study says @600mcg daily chromium. So trying to figure out what that is in my chelate.

What brought about this quandary?

Chemfrog has the structure and weight listed: http://www.chemfrog.com/chemical_info/1628865/ The weight listed is 274.17. Since there's one chromium, it would make up 52 of that weight. 52/274=0.19. So chromium makes up about 19% of the weight of the salt.
