Does this mean I am "fat-adapted"

I've had the worst 3 days of eating since starting out paleo. Bread, candy, cakes and al other things that's served around christmas. Before when I had been eating like that I would crave all carbs, sweets and be hungry as hell for several days after. This year, as soon as I was heading home I don't crave anything at all. I had one hunger pang (probably ghrelin spiking as my stomach got empty after that crazy binge). Just didn't feel like eating anyway and thought I just have something light before bed. Had some fish but was full after half a portion. Now I have not eaten anything but a teaspoon of coconut oil in over 24 hours. Not hungry at ALL. How long is it okay to not eat? I'd estimate that I could live from the calories of this food for approximately a light year :D

Over the holidays here I've unfortunately let myself slip way, WAY off Paleo and have had a bunch of bread in the form of homemade bread and a large sub from Quizno's. I even had some pizza with friends. x.x Each time I had a a medium/large portion of bread, and *especially* after I had the pizza, I was so uncomfortably full that I was nearly sick the entire night. The entire next day I was lethargic and felt bloated. Also not very hungry most of the day.

I chalk it up entirely to the bread and will certainly be avoiding it for a while to come in all of its forms.

I would guess it was just your leptin spiking from that huge binge. Leptin sends a signal of energy availability to your brain which suppresses your appetite.
