I saw a recipe online awhile ago with Chorizo, it was a paleo recipe but thats not what Im making. I altered another recipe and replaced the bacon with chorizo, now that its already cooking I realized that the package says that it contains dry milk, is this ok?

A small bit of dry milk won't kill you unless of course you are severely allergic. I usually buy Niman Ranch Sausages which don't have added milk or other things we don't want.

Is it 100% strictly ideologically Paleo? Well, no.

Is it that big a deal? Nah. I would eat it, especially if I already bought it and was already cooking it. Especially cause chorizo is freakin delicious.

If it bugs you, look for a different brand and read more carefully next time. :)
