What would you say are the ideal cholesterol ratios?

What range is best in regards to all cause mortality of course for total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides etc.

That's very close to my figures.

Those look good to me Jack. Getting them took me years, especially the high HDL.

Of course, nobody knows for absolute certain.

However, based on what we think we know so far... if I could fill in the blanks in a sort of "choose your own real life cholesterol numbers" game, I would choose the following:

Total Cholesterol: 220

HDL: 80

LDL: 130

Trigs: 50

I know that it is CW but these seem to be fairly well accepted
