Question about my Bloodtests/ Lipid panel

I'm a 26 year old breastfeeding Female (only including the breastfeedin thing because I have a question about the Vitamin D levels)

Glucose: 65 Bun: 12 Creatinine: 0.6 Bun/Creatinine ratio: 20.0 Calcium: 9.8 Sodium 140 Potassium: 4.2 Chloride: 101 Carbon Dioxide: 21

Cholesterol: 203 Triglyceride: 75 Chol/HDL : 4.8 LDL : 146 HDL : 42

Vitamin B12: 1405 Ferritin: 50 Cardio CRP: 11.5 eGFR: >60 TSH: 2.03 Magnesium RBC: 6.3 Vitamin D: 65.1

OK so my question is: My doc is fine with any LDL lower than 160 (he's WAPF/paleo friendly) but he thinks my HDL is too low. Wants me to eat a lot more fish. He is fairly confident my HDL will go up as I continue to lose weight. I eat sardines a couple times a week. I know there's some contraversy on these boards about HDL levels. What say you?

Also, I know Vitamin D3 at 65.1 is healthy but Doctor says he wants me to stop taking D3 supplements now and just stick to the amount I get from my code liver oil and the sunshine since it's summer now. Given that I'm breastfeeding should I do that? I was taking 5000iu a day before.

Is there anything else on my panel that anyone has to comment on? I've been paleo for about 4-5 months now and was WAPF for about 2 months before that.

Another interesting find. We did an allergy test and I have a moderate allergy to Egg whites and Cow milk. Ughhh so I guess everyone telling me to cut the dairy was right. I'm really mad about the egg white, though. I eat eggs every single day. Hopefully it'll help with some of my skin issues I've been having when I cut them. sigh...

I am fairly lactose intolerant, and have seen amazing improvements with Wegman's probiotic yogurt. So much so, that on the offchance they change it, I had them email me the cultures they used so I could recreate. I'll look it up in my gmail and post it if you are interested in finding a similar solution.

I eat 2 whole Eggs every morning though I often have a hard time getting through the whites, they gave me a sick heavy feeling in my stomach. I think I'll just start soft boiling them and I'll throw away the yolks. The yolks really give me saitiety first thing in the AM. Egg white allergies are more common than you think. I had some students with them. I'm a lot more mad about the dairy allergy. Haha but I'd already cut dairy from my diet so no big deal.

Eat two whole eggs either pastures or organic omega 3 eggs I've seems egg white allergies in my students when I was teaching. The egg white allergy was higher than the milk allergy. I might just start soft boiling my eggs and throw out the whites. They always gave me kind of a heavy feeling in my stomach anyway.

Simply my opinion, but I'd try cutting dairy and keeping eggs first. If that solves your problems, you may not need to cut eggs. I am an egg fanatic, but I'm not familiar with egg white allergies by any means. Are you eating whole eggs or just egg whites in the morning?
