Everything was inside the parameters but this:

LEUCOCITOS 4,400 for uL (parameters 4,500 to 11,000 uL)

HDL 40.1 mg/dL parameter More than 60 mg/dL

LDL 143.5 mg/dL parameter Less than 100 mg/dL

TOTAL CHOLESTEROL 210.9 parameter Less than 200 mg/dL

TRIGLIC??RIDOS 53.0 mg/dL parameter Less than 150.0 mg/dL

I've been Lacto Paleo for 6 months, while doing Crossfit and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I'm 37 years old.

I've heard there's another convertion chart of the standard cholesterol exam, help please on this info.

I downvoted because this answer is not helpful. I'm sure this person already knows about Google, but most of what comes up on a standard search is CW and I'm betting that's not what this person is looking for since they are on PH in the first place. If we all just used Google and slogged through all the hits to find the nuggets of gold, there would be no PH.

The last 10 days i did brazilian ACAI and ACEROLA, both local super high antioxidants and minerals. im trying CURCUMA (antioxidant and anticancer spice, base of Curry) So in 2 months ill re test

Your cholesterol is fine. While guidelines "say" that under 200 is best, the lowest risk of mortality is between 200 and 240.

The low Leukocytes is an issue worth looking into. Have you been sick, or recently been sick? It can be a concern because of medical issues, or it could be a mineral deficiency such as zinc or copper. Eat some liver. :)

The best factor for health is ratio of HDL over triglycerides or total cholesterol. Since you've got low triglycerides, I wouldn't worry about your high LDL. It is probably buoyant and therefore not the artery-clogging kind. Maybe eat more coconut oil to up your HDL!

Your HDL seems to be low. Total/HDL ratio is 5.26 while the ideal ratio is less than 5. The other ratios (Trig/HDL and LDL/HDL) seems to be in proper range (less than 2 and less than 4.3).
