Heya!

I'm to the site, and the whole paleo thing. Previously was doing the whole healthy grains thing and was going nowhere but the rest room with IBS.

6 Months paleo, 29, 5' 6", down to 142Lb, 14% bf and a very happy boy!

Here's my fasted blood work (mmol), not sure if its good or bad.....or how to do the ratio's?

Namby: I think my albumin liver test was high as I'm a heavy drinker. AST's weren't tested, or not reported.... :S

Mike the units are mmol, not what ever the US standard is. Think there is a conversion that you can tun, will have a look and re-post.

If those #s are right, you have derangement. Looks like you typed the data wrong. That can't be 43 albumin. Maybe 4.3. 58 iu/L for ALT? Wha'ts your AST? That's fatty liver and Hep territory.

It's probably that the units are not in the familiar US units like LDL=146 (unless it's a characterset pasting problem).
