Are there Paleo cholesterol recommendations?

The Paleo books I've read so far spend a lot of time talking about protein, grains, legumes, and fats. But I see little to no discussion of dietary cholesterol consumption. Should we not even think about it? I know doctors talk about it but is there even any evidence that dietary cholesterol consumption has any significant impact on health that's worth worrying about?

If you visit the popular web sites and blogs, there's a strong consensus that consumption of foods high in cholesterol is not a predictor of cardiovascular disease.

Here's a recent article by Chris Kresser and there are many others.
